My Experience
I am a trained luthier, spent a number of years working in a music shop repairing and setting up guitars.
I like creating guitars with unique features. I've always found when playing manufacturer guitars I wanted a combination they didn't do. For instance, Dark Matter, I wanted a PRS style, but with a more rounded body, Through body strings, and Lace Sensor Alumitones. Could I buy this? No. Could I have it custom made? Yes, but at eye-watering costs. Can I make myself? Yes.
